Magnolia: Subtype typeAnnotations returns the parent's parameter annotations

If subtypesFromMirrorStep builds a Subtype, it passes the sealed trait's paramTypeAnns instead of the subtype's own annotations. A derived typeclass then sees the wrong annotations on a case class.
