Scalus: NonNegativeInterval hashCode ignores reduced form, so hash sets break

equals compares reduced fractions but hashCode uses the raw fields, so 2/4 equals 1/2 yet they have different hashes, and HashSet or HashMap lookups miss equivalent intervals.
