Soundness: Two manifest attribute objects use the misspelled name Specifacation

SpecifacationVendor and SpecifacationVersion contain a typo, while SpecificationTitle is correct, so Scala code cannot refer to them by the expected names. The JAR manifest keys themselves are correct.
