Narya: Same file loads twice through different relative paths and causes a type error

Imports with a parent-directory path are not reduced, so one file loads twice under two names. Constants from the two copies differ, so a valid file gets rejected with an unequal-constants error.

Actually I changed my mind: no_symlink is the correct behavior. … The only exception should be that modification time checks should look through symlinks. That, and this, are fixed by #152.
