ScalaSQL: camelToSnake turns XMLParser into xmlparser, so acronym columns are not found

camelToSnake merges consecutive capitals into one word, so the default mapping of XMLParser or HTTPSConnection misses snake_case columns such as xml_parser. The query then fails with column not found.
