decisions4s: Distinct hit policy treats +0.0 and -0.0 as the same output

The Distinct hit policy deduplicates outputs with a Set, and Double equality treats positive and negative zero as equal. A table with +0.0 and -0.0 outputs returns a result instead of reporting a conflict.
