gguf-tools: gguf_get_tensor divides by zero on deprecated tensor types 4 and 5

Types q4_2 and q4_3 have zero items per block, so gguf_get_tensor divides by zero. The issue says this raises SIGFPE on x86 and gives a zero tensor size on arm64.
