Aero: LP migration reads the price from a pool with the wrong tick spacing

When creating a cross-tier pool, LpMigrator looks up the source price using the destination tick spacing. Manipulating that unrelated pool can make the migration lose principal; the report demonstrates a 1.817% loss.
